After you have submitted an online reservation request form, we will confirm the availability of the requested apartment by e-mail or by phone within 12-24 hours (usually much more quickly). - If the apartment is available for the requested dates, we'll reply with links to provide deposit for reservation. Please provide deposit shortly after receiving our reply during 1 day only. Deposit is counting not less than a 1 day stay fee. If you reserve an apartment of more than 10 nights, it is necessary for you to make advance payment (reservation) for 2 nights. If you reserve an apartment of more than 20 nights, it is necessary for you to make advance payment (reservation) for 3 nights. Deposit is nonrefundable, so, that is why please ascertain you've bought or booked your flight tickets before sending an order for renting the apartment. The remainder of sum can be paid after your arrival. Apartment is considering as booked after deposit is placed and you received our confirmation. Attention! You must pay security deposit $100.00 on the check in. Security deposit will be returned at the check out after we check apartment and get keys. - If you make a decision to cancel reservation of the certain flat, deposit cannot be return, but please send to us letter that you want cancel your reservation. - If you want to replace date of departure (to leave earlier) the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded. - If the apartment is not available for the requested dates, we will try to offer you an alternative. After the apartment has been reserved for you, we will give you the address of the apartment and telephone number of our manager who will meet you and agree on a time to meet at the apartment upon your arrival in Nikolaev. Booking Terms Preliminary reservation of a concrete apartment is accessible from 5 nights and more. The order for 1-4 nights is possible for accommodation not earlier than 5 days before date of your arrival (at presence of free apartments). Time of arrival and departure an apartment: Check-in time is 13:00 (1 pm), check-out - 12:00 (12 pm). In case if we have possibility we always permit free early check-ins and late check-outs. If you would like to secure early check-in or late check-out in advance it is necessary to pay for one additional night of stay. If your arrival time is earlier than 13:00 and if we have a chance to let you get into apartment earlier we'll do it with pleasure.
